Welcome to Onset Village in Wareham, Massachusetts. This unique Cape Cod community can trace its beginning to 1666 when the pilgrams of Plimoth Plantation purchased this land from the Wanpanoags. For two centuries the village was sparsely populated farm and woodland. Seas Side resorts came into fashion in the late 1880's, and the gingerbread cottage colony of Onset came to be.
